Superb VOIP telephone system over Starlink. I would recommend Andrews and Arnold to anyone living in a rural area with a degraded landline. We were cut off by BT in error when we requested rem... See more

Went with A&A for our SIP Trunk
Went with A&A for our SIP Trunk for our hosted on Premise FreePBX Server which works great, BT Quoted us £40 on top of our Business Internet so decided to give A&A a whirl and it's pretty good, £10 one of fee to setup Number and Trunk, £1.40 a month for Trunk / Number. Calls are pay as you go. Highly recommended.

Great communication, Greta Service
Great communication. Great service.
We actually had an issue the day after we were connected. A&A had an Open Reach engineer out the following morning to fix it. Turned out to be a fault created by the Open Reach installer when they put in the fibre. Been rock solid since and far better than the experience we had with Virgin Media.
Clarity and excellent service
Seamless and rewarding move away from BT for home broadband. A&A focus on the single objective of providing an excellent service without clouding the experience with sales and promotional offers, TV deals, long tie-contracts, etc. The usage stats/graph is an unexpected bonus and so much to dig into from a technical point of view when ready but, out the box, everything just works.

A truly excellent ISP
I've been a customer of Andrews & Arnold since Feb 2019 and have always found their services, and their customer support, to be excellent. I transitioned from ADSL2+ to SOGEA, and took up A & A's VoIP service at the same time, in early September 2024; the SOGEA service (80Mbps down & 20Mbps up) achieved 100% availability for most months. More recently, FTTP became available in my area so I ordered this via A & A; the installation by an Openreach engineer on 8th July went as smoothly as could be hoped-for so I'm now running at 115Mbps down and 20Mbps up which is more than adequate for my needs.
A & A ensured that I retained my static IPv4 WAN address after the transition to FTTP and the VoIP service still seems to work just fine so overall I'm an extremely happy customer!

Excellent
Excellent, seamless upgrade to FTP. Easy to follow instructions. Swift response to questions. Extremely fair - looking to sell most cost effective solution for one’s needs.
Wouldn't use any other ISP
Been using these for over 15 years now, there's just no comparison with other ISP's with customer service, technical support and reliability. I just moved to a new place and they arranged everything with just a couple of emails, and no bother when my original completion date came and went, a quick email to them and they sorted it all out.

Still Excellent
I've been a customer for ~20 years.
Just switched to FTTP.
Customer service (both sales and technical) is great.
Online ordering system is simple, detailed, and efficient.
Control panel for managing the line, email and domain has always worked and no features missing.
IPv6 support is excellent.
Wish we'd found A&A earlier
We switched from Hyperoptic after a month long outage and terrible customer service and we wish we'd done so earlier. The customer service is amazing, transparent, available, and knowledgeable, which is almost a shame because after setup we never need to talk to them. The internet is exactly as advertised and the one time it did go down (for three minutes) we got a detailed text immediately when the issue started and was resolved. I didn't realise companies like this still existed.

Great ISP
Honestly one of the best internet providers I’ve ever used. Support is super helpful and communicative. The dashboards are very informative.

A&A is the best ISP I have ever used
A&A is the best ISP I have ever used. Their focus on service, the user and the technology, instead of ads and marketing is obvious. This is the ISP that techies choose when they want good service and their choice is on merit and not PR. I've been using them for about a decade now and I recently upgraded to their highest speed which is great.
A different service that cares
It is fantastic to work with a service that is responsive to customer needs and where one is able to talk on the telephone to a real living being, without waiting queues or AI. The team at Andrews & Arnold have made onboarding really easy. There has been clear and very helpful communication throughout this process and when a problem arose with setting up my telephone they were immediately responsive and helped to sort out the problem. This is a service like no other and I am very positively impressed and can only very highly recommend. It is such a different experience to feel cared for as a customer and this is how it should be.

Impeccable service and rock solid technology.

A&A are a standout ISP for technical competence, attention to detail, and customer service. I recently upgraded my FTTC service to FTTP, and was pleased that the process was utterly seamless. No change in my static IP address, and only as much downtime as it took to plug a different cable into my router. You really do get what you pay for with A&A.
Second line installed with A&A and just as good as the first...
Second line installed with A&A, no issues, helped with moving IP subnet from line 1 to line 2, love the array of config options you have in the control panel. Really makes you feel like you have full control over your internet connection(s), which leads to peace of mind. Highly recommended for those who know what they are doing and know exactly what configurations they want.
I love dealing with A&A
I love dealing with A&A - they are on it - every step of the process is easy - plus their tech support is excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my broadband needs. have both a bonded VDSL line with a Firebrick, plus a FTTP connection. Both were great to set up.
