I can't say enough good things about this company. The quality of service, the communication, the support, the reliability. I've spent a lot of time waxing lyrical to every neighbour, college, friend and family member who will listen, as to why they need to switch and leave the pain of the bigger ISPs they all suffer from behind. Really the best. The last ISP I'll ever have.

Was charged an oversize fee without notification and then the courier lost my parcel, but it was the interactions with ParcelHero support staff that made this awful situation much worse. Slow to respond, wouldn't answer my questions, "not my remit" type of responses, no phoneline to get hold of anyone (at least not officially - check saynoto0870 for a number that worked for me). Really one of the worst experiences I've ever had. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Highly reliable and knowledgeable with first rate customer service. All my neighbours do is complain about Virgin Media. :)
