I posted a dyson air wrap with insurance and they lost it. I am trying to claim the insurance but they are asking for single documents one at a time. Now I sent them all they want them all in JPEG. Then they want proof of invoice to my bank account. Then a photo of my card ending in those numbers. Then invoice. Then initial invoice. All separate the service is SHOCKING and they are taking the piss.

terrible did nt arrive to collect and then it took five days for the others yo u did collect, so am out of pocket for two collection you never got and then another £80 for them to be resent and £450 to have acquirer send direct,,,not f in happy at all useless will never ever come back , bet you also don't give a ,,,, and don't come back to me on this,,,poor service had to date now a 80 delivers sent Royal Mail and now dx...you really lost out

WARNING: DO NOT USE PARCEL HERO. I tried to send a parcel. Paid the money and then never got a label, code or tracking number. The online support will absolutely not do anything without a tracking number so you have to try and raise a support ticket. Good luck with that. You get an email that has a link in it that takes you back to where you started. I wasted an hour going round in circles. My Advice: Use parcel hero to help choose but do, then go direct to your chosen parcel company website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PARCEL HERO. I am still waiting to get my money back. Crooks.

Super easy to use - one thing to consider is a further document will be need to be drawn up to pass through customs but I got AI to create a non sales invoice and it worked successfully.

The parcel was delivered to BD within 2 weeks. It was quicker than expected. The driver collected the parcel on time; they were polite. Also, it was very straightforward to book online.

The whole procedure was very easy which was especially refreshing as the parcels were being delivered to Sweden from the UK, and the goods arrived in perfect condition

I used Parcelhero to get a quote for sending a bulky, 5.65kg parcel. It gave me several options and the cheapest was via Evri , which I opted for. Drop off was at my local post office or I could have gone for a locker drop-off. The parcel was delivered the next day by Evri, who actually used the wrong proof of delivery photo which gave me an anxious afternoon of worry that the wrong parcel had been delivered before I received confirmation that all was received correctly, but that is not the fault of Parcelhero. The price I paid was cheaper than buying direct from Evri and I shall definitely use Parcelhero again.

I gave 5 stars because I got the service I paid for and in fact expected. Package collected and delivered on time.

The service itself was ok. However, the surprise of almost the same cost again in import tax for 2nd hand items which were donated to a registered veterans charity and not for resale was a shock and an unexpected cost to the charity.
If I had driven them myself I would not have paid any TAX!!!

Great service. Smooth transition.

Took 2 months for a parcel to go to Netherlands from UK. Didn't get delivered because I contested a customs assessment. This was not promptly dealt with, so I requested the parcel to be returned. The items were damaged upon return. Will never ship with these guys again.
