Had I had the choice no star would have been given!! I have just cancelled my subscription but as for gettin my nearly £120 returned not a chance! I had the rudest man talking to me , each time I asked for a refund he kept saying had I read the terms and conditions which I hadn't. he just came over nastier each time and I am afraid I was rude back and put the phone down.

Review of Lands' End Europe ltd
I recently bought Women's Cotton Blend Cable Knit Polo Neck Jumper which is really nice BUT it has pilled so much after wearing no more than 6 times and washed twice. It looks as though I have had it and worn it for at least 10 years! I have never had anything from Lands End over the 20 odd years I have supported this company that I have needed to complain about. This is really not good enough. I have the closer knit cable jumpers which have worn well but I preferred the last red one as it has a looser knit.

2 parcels got picked up about 1 hr apart - 1 destined for Portland Oregon and the other for Vancouver BC; Both delivered 2 days later but what I found amazing - with in 5 mins of each other! Well Done to Fedex and UPS through parcel hero!
