Damaged packaging by overloading with bulky items. Slit along the top of the label, like it had been cut, however nothing had been removed. I have been a customer for many years and never had this experience. My courier is very reliable I assume the problem to be yours

Ordered a top as a birthday present for my wife on the 5th of July.It has just been delivered today,the 22 nd of July.
I recently phoned the customer helpline which was hopeless.
Postage was high for a 17 day delivery service.
Should be an option to give zero stars!
