Is it your policy not to deliver…
Is it your policy not to deliver parcels to the customer's front door?
Your delivery drivers simply open the downstairs entrance door and leave the parcel there. Even when I am clearly at home, they don't bother to hand it to me in person.
Is this really the standard of service you provide? I'm very disappointed with your delivery service as always.

Yet more lies and nonsense
Yet more lies and nonsense. Package not delivered despite instructions to leave at the back porch (which they have done 134 times before - I get a lot of parcels from a supplier). Said "Our driver missed you", which is a lie as we were home (there are things called doorbell camera you know). I don't blame the driver. I blame the pressure the company puts them under. He even had to upload a photo to support his report, which was a black rectangle! I'm not that bothered that he was simply running late and too busy, but why do they force their staff to lie to cover themselves? Just tell the truth.

Best delivery company
Unlike other delivery companies, you kept us well informed from the point of your receipt of our parcel, to transit and then delivery. The delivery time was also as you promise. You rang on our doorbell too instead of so many companies that simply dump items on our doorstep, whether we are at home or not.
