Not impressed with delivery

I didn’t like the fact that this item was left outside, yes hidden behind my bin but it contains knives and clearly states on the package it must be delivered into the hands of an 18 year old person, which it wasn’t, if the delivery knocked and we didn’t hear he should of left it with a neighbour or perhaps knocked louder, or at least put a note through stating where it was, this package also is an expensive item and anyone could of taken it.

Damaged frozen food parcel box which…

Damaged frozen food parcel box which which has damaged and tapped up with DPD tape with frozen food goods within it.
The driver must of yet again been in a hurry as nobody was present when the door was answered just the damaged box on our door step, so nothing was able to be noted on delivery.

Left on doorstep, did not ring bell

The driver did not ring the bell. We were in.
The package was left right in the middle of the door step for everyone to see. We are a busy road so anyone could have taken it.
I also nearly fell over it when I went out the door as I wasn't expecting it to be there.
