This was parcel return to Debenhams using Inpost. It was so easy, just wrapped up the parcel took it to an Inpost shop and they did the rest! Great system!

I was sent an email giving me a delivery window and checking when anyone would be in. The delivery window was totally ignored, there was someone in from 4 hours before the window through to 4 hours after the window, no-one knocked the door to say a delivery was being made, we didnt discover the parcels till the next day. Totally unnecessary.

An excellent service from InPost after a speedy collation of the order by Nkuku. The tracking system was clear and accurate. The packages were delivered with a smile by a very polite young gentleman. Thank you

Delivery was in the time slot. I didn’t ask for a safe place but they did as my front door bell was out of battery and they took it out of sight! Very good!

You delivered the parcel to the wrong address and now it’s missing

I was unable to get the full tracking details to see where my parcel was up to maybe my problem but I did get information easy from other companies who deliver to my home and i did appreciate the 2 hour time given

I prefer to receive my parcels through inpost now, due to convenience of collection from a handy pickup point, no more waiting in for parcels, communication regarding each stage of the parcels delivery and the collection point is super easy to use.

Service was fine the date and time of arrival fine it was just where the parcel it was left, a message was sent saying it was safe in an out building when infact it was in front of a fire door completely out in the open for any passers by to see.
The parcel contents was to the value of £110.00 and clearly the driver couldnt care less, it was all about the delivery for him.

Inpost is the only courier that actually delivers to the correct address

My parcel was not delivered to my address and despite contacting InPost multiple times across a few days and being quoted 24 hours for a response TWICE I have heard nothing. They delivered the parcel to the wrong address with no identifying feature (I.e a person or front door) in the delivery photo and instead of looking into this issue properly they seem to think it is sufficient to tell me to search my entire road for the parcel. Prior to this, the delivery was late as I did not receive my items within 5 working days as I should have. Would give 0 stars if I could for this awful experience.

Really good service, the guy was pleasant and even had a smile. Updates on parcel arrival were given right down to the final hour. I cannot fault the service.
