I was in when received delivered message, great you've delivered to someone else. Picture isn't my house thanks. Now I have to mess about trying to get refund or resent.
It was so easy to use Inpost
Parcelled my return placed label
Took it to Inpost
Scanned the label placed in drawer
Received my confirmation as I was walking back to the car park
So easy brilliant service thank you
This is the second time exactly the same things have gone wrong.
According to their tracker, parcel is put on van on Monday, and they email me with a delivery slot. No parcel. Tuesday they email me with Oops, we'll deliver it today. No parcel. Wednesday I hear nothing, so I ring the firm I bought the goods from. Very late in the day I get an email: we'll deliver today. No parcel. Thursday they email me 'We couldn't find [whacking great estate with 24/7 porterage]' so I tell them this (again). Finally delivered late in day.
They're incompetent (or, at minimum, their Bow depot is) and they don't learn from experience.
Got a message stating that there was a problem with my address, everyone else can find my address, it's not exactly hidden. No further information provided about what exactly was wrong with my address and I had to get it redelivered to a locker
The parcel was left downstairs at the main entrance to the block of flats where I live. But my address is on the 12th floor anyone could have taken it my parcel as it was NOT delivered to my door
Delivery driver didn't knock on door dropped parcel over the gate.
I’m sorry but if the driver can’t read my request to wait until I answer the door, he’ll never get 5 stars!! I’m 71 and disabled, bending down to pick up my package is painful 😰 I had to ask my neighbour to come round to pick up for me 😠
Never used this type of delivery before so I was a bit nervous and unsure but honestly it was easy peasy
The in post box at belle vue is hard to get too you can’t park near it you have to park over the road and then cross a main rd as if you try park near it it’s in a dead end you can’t back out as it’s a main busy rd it’s on
Thankyou for the fast delivery of my parcel and good courier
Your delivery personnel need to wait until their knock is answered
Happy with my delivery service and courier was polite
