My parcel was just left on the door step, no doorbell, no knocking nothing. If i hadn't seen the courier it would have been left out all night. Poor service !

I had my slot for when my parcel (live plants) should be delivered. It didn’t arrive. I then got the message that it had been delayed and would be delivered soon. It appeared the following evening.

Brilliant service from start to finish.

Instructions to put the parcel in the ‘safe place’ inside the porch. Delivery guy opens the garden gate and drops it on the floor just inside the gate easily visible to everyone walking past. 15ft from the porch. Only managed 2 stars because he got the right address.

Only one of two part item delivered. Maybe senders fault but will cause me hassle to chase up.

Didn't turn up with my parcels. And it was bday presents

Well for one I would like the driver to knock on my door or ring my doorbell so we can accept the parcel but instead he didn’t even knock on my door and just left it safe by the bins. I work for a delivery company and ringing a doorbell does not take hours so I would appreciate for the driver to knock first next time

Disgraceful customer service. No proper help from Kushal or the following member of staff that dealt with me. My parcel thankfully ended up at a locker after no attempt to deliver it to my address, but Kushal was trying to tell me that there would be no way I would be able to get my parcel now that I apparently missed the delivery attempt. He also told me that i would now just need to wait until the end of tomorrow...(note: there is full public access to the corridor i stay on before noon; they arrived way before then, going off of tracking information, so there shouldn't have been any issues accessing the premises, there was also workers working within the landings also that had doors open). I then asked for a manager and was told there wasn't any that could deal with me. I then requested to be called SEVEN TIMES, was told I would expect a call. As of 7:30pm - still no call. He also gave me virtually no time to respond to being active in the chat before cutting me off prematurely. Will be making sure I avoid InPost in future. Yous have no idea in that office about anything, so you all type whatever, and say whatever you want to the public. Utter shambles

From ordering I was kept advised of delivery but was ahead of delivery date so I wasn’t at home so had to request for delivery to a neighbour as wasn’t given option for it being delivered to a place I could have picked up from (in post locket for example).
