I double-checked that I could move the tarrif without charge and Eon Confirmed I could.

Undertook a warranty repair, fantastic service, collected the car and kept me informed throughout. Turned out to be a larger job and also found a problem that I wasn't aware of and fixed.
Car returned shiny and clean as though it was new again.
