When booking our last cruise Rebekeh/Faith were very polite and booking with someone "face to face" makes it much easier for me than having to go on line .

We thought Alice was knowledgable and helpful - good communication throughout - far better than when we had to communicate with you during lockdown in 2020 - sorry but this is why we tend to book direct now as we had to deal with P&O ourselves - meaning that an agent didn’t want to help - thank you to Alice you may have redeemed yourselves on this occasion

5 Stars - Won't Use Anyone Else
I've used Bolsover Cruise Club three times this year to test out cruising as a form of holiday I can do, I'm really loving them so far, the staff couldn't be more attentive and helpful and they're very good at explaining things to a nervous first time cruiser, the two cruises I've had so far through them were lovely.
