Extremely disappointed with the customer service
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Kiddies Kingdom. What should have been a straightforward warranty issue has taken approximately four months to reach any form of conclusion, involving repeated emails, chasing for updates and significant frustration.
I was eventually advised that the damage to my Baby Jogger pushchair was “user damage” and that their solution had been to apply heat to the affected clip and bend it back into position. The pushchair was then returned to me with the issue still apparent.
Due to my complete lack of confidence in the way this was being handled, I contacted Baby Jogger directly. After reviewing the issue and photographs, they have taken a completely different approach and are replacing the affected part.
It is extremely disappointing that I had to bypass the retailer and approach the manufacturer myself to get an appropriate resolution, particularly after spending five months trying to resolve this through Kiddies Kingdom.
The difference in customer service has been stark. Baby Jogger have been helpful and solution-focused, whereas my experience with Kiddies Kingdom has involved delays, poor communication and ultimately a resolution that did not actually resolve the problem.
Based on my experience, I would unfortunately not recommend Kiddies Kingdom for after-sales support, and I would advise customers experiencing a product fault to consider contacting the manufacturer directly.

Phoned for advice regarding 3 items of baby equipment and ended up buying all 3. Lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and sourced an item which was marked as out of stock but she was aware that a couple were available. She went and picked this item for me and made sure it was packed with the other items that I had selected. Excellent service from one of your staff who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
