Phoned for advice regarding 3 items of baby equipment and ended up buying all 3. Lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and sourced an item which was marked as out of stock but she was aware that a couple were available. She went and picked this item for me and made sure it was packed with the other items that I had selected. Excellent service from one of your staff who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Will definitely use this company again.

From the moment I stepped into the Hobbs store (Glasgow Buchanan Street) I received brilliant service. The girl who served me was so helpful and pleasant it made the whole procedure excellent. Once I had decided what to buy, my purchase was beautifully wrapped and presented. For this reason I will return to this store the next time I am looking for something to wear. Hobbs clothing and accessories are always of a high standard and wear well.

This cabinet is ideal for the space I wanted to fill. It arrived promptly after ordering, was easy to build up and looks great. It was a fair price for such a sturdy piece of furniture. I would use this company again.

The gentleman who came to measure and subsequently fit my blind (Cromer 214049) was very pleasant to talk to and gave advice to help me decide which blind to purchase. He wasn't pushy so I did not feel pressurised into making a decision. When he came back to fit the blind he was quick, tidy and chatty. I would definitely consider using Hillarys again due to this standard. The blind looks great as well!

I visited the Paisley Abbotsinch store to view sofas and, on entering, was immediately approached by a salesman by the name of Ian. I explained that I was interested in 2 sofas that I had seen on the website and he led me to view both. He was very helpful in explaining what configurations were available in each style and the colour ranges, the fillings used etc. He wasn't pushy and, while being attentive, also gave me space to consider what I wanted to do.

I decided to order one of the sofa ranges and the whole process was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Ian was very personable and nothing seemed an issue to him and he provided great detail of all the stages that would now occur in the coming weeks. It is such a pleasure to visit a store and receive excellent service so I would give Ian 10 out of 10 for his splendid management of the whole process. This is where personal face-to-face service towers above Internet shopping. I will definitely use this store again and intend to tell family and friends that this should be their first port of call!

Easy to order, speedy delivery and the whisky glasses ordered for Christmas presents were well received by the recipients. Would certainly use this company again.

I did have a problem as to the whereabouts of the nearest In-Post lockers but once I had worked it out it was easy. It only took 2 minutes to scan the QR code, select the parcel size and the locker door popped open and in went the parcel. Job done!

My wool arrived quickly after placing the order. Lovely quality wool and it is very easy and quick to knit with. Would certainly use this company again.

I ordered flowers from BloomandWild as a surprise for a relative who had been ill for a while, was also on her own due to the COVID-19 lockdown and was feeling very low mood. I selected a suitable date for delivery and they arrived in the morning of that date. She was delighted! She told me that they were very well packaged and she followed the instructions and had them displayed in a vase in no time. They looked good. The next day the buds started to open and by the day after that were all fully blossomed. She said they had a lovely perfume, looked beautiful and lasted for a couple of weeks. So all in all I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely use BloomandWild again. Easy to use website, delivered promptly, good quality blooms and recipient cheered up. What's not to like!

Sadly the dresses I ordered did not suit so had to be returned. However, I contacted Silkfred for the returns details and this was dealt with very efficiently and a refund issued quickly. Also kept me informed regularly of the progress of same. Good service.

Lovely small suitcase, perfect condition, fair price for a quality product and very speedy delivery. Nothing more to add really as this says it all.
