Had a problem with delivery but the lovely people at Bloom and Wild sorted it for me sending a replacement the following day.Superb customer service highly recommended.

Bloom and Wild always provide excellent customer service and wonderful flowers. I choose them every time.

First class sevice from bloom & wild every time, great flowers , never had any complates from people i send them two, always very pleased with them once they bloom. also good offers at times. good company.

Friend sent flowers and chocolates. The latter scattered round the box melted. The flowers wilted and going brown. Looked nothing like what she paid for.
The only good thing was customer service, a bit concerning though that they weren’t even interested in seeing photos.
I didn’t tell friend as she had spent a not insignificant amount of money and would have been so upset. I personally would not feel confident using bloom and wild despite the good customer service after.

I ordered flowers for a work colleague and even though they were delivered when and where they should have been, she never received them.
I never expected a replacement but am so grateful that my email was replied to quickly and professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bloom and Wild. I will definitely be using them again.

I recently sent some Bloom & Wild flowers to a very dear friend. She told me she was blown away by the quality and delightful smell.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday for 7th September.

Received an email asking if I wished to have them delivered early and thought ok?
Told my friend to keep look out ( emailed on their way) and then receive an email late that evening stating unfortunately won't get there( and the usually arrive looking sleepy) offering £5 credit.

Why on earth did they contact me in the first place? Where there surplus bouquets they wanted to unload?
I have used this company for years now and this hasn't happened before!

I understand there is 2 % chance bouquets don't arrive but I really just wish they left me to it, spoilt surprise for my friend and will be certainly asking her for photo when she receives!

Regularly order from bloom and wild. Like the ease of having an address book on hand and alerts to remind me of birthdays.
Flowers always look beautiful. Would love more voucher codes to use as would order more.

Six month statement flowers subscription with the option to choose the bouquet each time. The same three choices were available throughout the subscription. Flowers received were ok but certainly not worth the listed price. Bloom and wild used to deliver fab flowers but these bouquets offered nothing I couldn’t have picked up in the supermarket for half the price.

The absolute best flower, plant and gift shop and delivery company in the UK. We live in Europe and I would never use anyone else to trust in sending such beautiful gifts and flowers, on time, other than Bloom & Wild. I love their website, I love how quick and easy everything is, I love how delivery is never ever a problem, and most of all I love their beautiful choices for gifts, flowers and plants.

I had a delivery of flowers arrive with some of the stems mouldy. I’ve had flowers from this firm before and knew this wasn’t the usual standard and assume these had been delayed in transit hence the degraded quality.
Got in touch with customer care, shared a few photos and without a moments hesitation they dispatched a replacement set which arrived the next day in absolutely pristine condition.4 stars purely because the original bunch wasn’t great. I’d give 5 stars for customer service though and that in itself would make me use this brand over and over.

My daughter and I have both been using Bloom and Wild for several years. I have never received or sent a disappointing bunch of letterbox flowers and there really is added joy in watching the flowers open up. I've also used the repeat monthly deliveries which are great. I have no idea how you manage such prompt timing - less than 24 hours on your free option last week!

Always beautiful flowers delivered on time a great company never fail

I wanted to send flowers quickly to a poorly relative and Bloom and Wild were able to do a next day delivery service. The flowers were much appreciated by the relative when she came out of hospital.

I ordered some flowers and a candle to cheer the house up and it arrived the next day ! The candle smelt great and seems to last for hours and the flowers started to bloom on day 2 then were really bright and attractive on day three! Thank you, will buy again. Great for gifts too!

Wide choice of arrangements and some nice add ons to make up a very nice gift for my purpose.....easy to pick and pay on a very good user friendly website. Quick delivery very pleased with Bloom & Wild, would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

I have used Bloom & Wild for a few years now because of the choice of flowers and gifts. They are not the cheapest, but the variety is great and they usually last at least 5 days, with some lasting far longer of course. Makes you believe you can arrange flowers too.
