Did not deliver on the requested date. They said that we should have paid extra which I would have been happy to do but this was not made clear in the instructions

I have used Bloom and Wild on many occasions now over several years. I found the service to be reliable in delivery and quality. I ordered a year long gift of monthly flowers which was a little awkward to set up last August. 11/12 arrangements were absolutely superb and the one below expected standard one was replaced by another from Bloom and Wild. I would recommend this company and will certainly continue using them.

I have used bloom &wild lots of times. The recipients of the flowers I have sent have always , commented on how lovely the flowers are and that they last

I’ve always used Bloom and Wild as I know they are reliable easy to order and have always arrived on time. They come with excellent instructions and advice on how to place in vase to make the best of them. The letterbox flowers are my go to usually, may look tired in the box but burst into life and last ages. The company has a Personal feel to it.

I always use this company to send gifts and have received flowers also from them. A choice of letterbox or bouquets is helpful. Flowers are always beautiful and delivery is always prompt. Well done!

The choice is great, any colour or size Bloom and Wild offer it. I have chosen Bloom and Wild flowers several times and they are definitely my go to. So easy to order, you can even choose the delivery day. The flowers are always beautiful and last and last.

There seems to be a lack of consistency with B&W. The first time I ordered 'letter box' flowers from them, they were lovely and the recipient received exactly the bouquet type I ordered with the colours as shown on the website and were were both delighted. However, on ordering the same style of bouquet for a different recipient, different town/county, when I saw what was received, I was very disappointed - it was totally lacking. Very dark flowers, very dull, no yellows or whites included to lift it as shown on the website.
B&W did offer me a decent discount on my next order but, would I order from them again - no, I like to feel confident that my friends/relatives are going to receive exactly the type of bouquet I have carefully chosen for them. Perhaps the second was a poor display was due to that style being in the sale second time around? Having said that - the delivery was on point.

Always excellent service and an increasing range of gift choices to suit all budgets. I feel confident purchasing as the items have always been of a good standard and delivered on time. Delivery is also, often included in the price.

It’s very easy to claim how good a company is when things go well. For me it’s how an issue is handled and resolved when things don’t go to plan that makes the difference.

Everyone involved has been outstanding, a new bunch of flowers have been organised within days of the delivery failing (Royal Mail issue), no questions asked. Thank you!

I’ve sent many bouquets to friends and family, and they’ve always been gorgeous, arrived on time and made the day of whoever I’ve sent them to. The app is very easy to use, the selection is great for all occasions and the customer service is amazing. I couldn’t recommend them more!
