I started using this company after I received some of their letterbox flowers. I was amazed at how the flowers quickly perked up and looked good for over a week.
I have used them to send letterbox flowers when I cant personally give, handy as they dont get left elsewhere if someone is out.
Giving flowers can express so many unspoken thoughts in sad or difficult times as well as celebrating.

We visited Currys at Meteor Centre Derby. Meet and greet chap directed us. Another helpful chap supported our tech choices. Then Phil-34 on the tills was very informative and friendly.
I have been in in the past, had no support, had no one speak or available and left. So todays experience has left a different impact on me. Thank you.

Quality clothing. Easy to ordering online and I can now try on instore due to Derbys new shop which has increased in stock over time. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The products are reliably good, theres range of prices to choose from, offers are now more tailored to your regular purchasing by using nectar. I have weekly deliveries on a 6 months prepaid plan. That makes deliveries more cost effective for me. Deliveries have improved, I now rarely find squashed or leaky items, though mention to the driver and its sorted/ refunded.
I do blip, I do shop elsewhere, by delivery occasionally and in person, hopping about was an old habit of mine, but I stay with Sbys. I never had deliveries before covid. I did miss meeting friends and seeing people but heavy shopping was becoming a chore.

I was shown how to use, as my first time. Used for Vinted. Seems fine so far.
However it told me where the item was headed. It went to Coventry centre then to its destination which was just a few miles from me. Not very ‘green’

Ordered online, that was easy enough. Was instantly informed delivery was the next day! Updated on delivery, came as planned.
My new table lamp is lovely. Was very well packaged.

The Derby Wyvern store is great for access and parking. Why did they ever remove the pharmacy?

Location was great, close to the beach ( stoney.
Beer is a lovely village. Apartment had all we needed, was light and airy with a good view of the main thoroughfare. Showers were good. Above a gallery so no food smells or late noise.
We would happily return.

My regular items appear in favourites, so I start there.
I often type in what I want but the display on my ipad isnt compatible with the website. I get an overlay and cannot see the choices underneath. So I have to go to groceries and through the category menus which is often tedious and several steps, not always getting what I want. If I hit a back button it jumps back lots.
I hate the format of the trolley view. Its in a list which doesnt categorise items.
A view across the page with categories of fresh, chilled, frozen, cupboard, etc would be ideal instead of scrolling up and down to see whats listed.
I book my delivery slot with some items and then review the day before. So things are edited and have no logical sequence in the list. This is made harder as I shop for an elderly relative too. I tend to consider her needs greater than mine as we only take items once a week and carers are in otherwise. For ourselves, we can top up if necessary, but a better overall view would be great.
I have chuntered about it a few times! Even given up and shopped elsewhere for weeks.
But despite this, I return.

I ordered a new phone Sunday. Cheapest delivery, expected it Thurs. It arrived early on Mon, the next day!
I was invited to review or give feed back on my purchase, ticked phone, it asked me how my range cooker was, I went back, def ticked phone, move forward, asking me lots questions re range cooker!
So I abandoned that! But it didnt affect my order.

Wardrobe arrived in 4 boxes. 1 damaged, was told lots packing will be ok. It wasnt. One box that was ok had a faulty door.
Was easily arranged for collection and replacement, but when it came, a box was damaged, but it couldn't swap / juggle as same box as previous. So I was sadly refunded, wouldve liked that wardrobe.

Hubbie was gardening at the side, he said the lad threw the parcel to the step. I returned shortly after, the bag was on the doormat, bag split with some clothing falling out.

Ordered online, was notified when my items came in. Covid safe inside. Well mannered staff.
