Arrived on time, no fuss, good freezer !

I originally had an issue with my washer/dryer order and Joseph gave me a call after I had left some feedback.

From the outset, he was incredibly professional yet friendly and he helped me arrange the return of the original washer/dryer and get a replacement sorted. He was also the one pushing the manufacturer initially to try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to resolve it but that was through absolutely no fault of Joseph’s.

Overall, I had a really good experience dealing with Joseph. What started as a frustrating experience with a faulty product was completely turned around by the way he handled everything. Top bloke!

Great communications by text and phone regarding delivery information. The installation was equally good particularly as the integrated door didn't quite fit. The engineer shaved a little off the kickboard to ensure the dishwasher door could open fully. Very impressed 👏

Prompt, efficient and courteous delivery and installation

The 2 men delivered the Freezer ok, and took away all the packaging as arranged.
Plugged in the electric plug into the socket, then instructed us not to switch it on for about 3 hours to let the refrigerator gas to settle down.

Happy with the dishwasher and the fitting and delivery service

I had to have a second delivery as the first guys could not install my dishwasher as they couldn't remove a plinth.i think with a bit more effort this could have been done, hence a redelivery was scheduled. Also I could have had my dishwasher installed 2 weeks earlier as you agents say the customer should pay for the parking of the delivery drivers which is ridiculous as we pay for your service . Your delivery driver advised they cover the parking and so did your agent in the logistics

When your delivery guys came for the second delivery they were professional engineers who had advised the original delivery guys could have removed the plinth if they tried. As a result I had to get someone in to remove the plinth before the second delivery

All In all not a smooth process and a little disappointed

Easy order process, next day delivery, product exactly as described. Everything that a good online retailer should be.
