I purchased a fire from this company on…

I purchased a fire from this company on 28-10-26 Eight days later I was still waiting for a delivery date. After an agonising hour of trying to contact them, I finally got through only to be told my order had been cancelled. I questioned this and they told me that they were out of stock and would refund my money. My question is. Why did they not tell me they were out of stock. and why have they not refunded me already. I have no idea when I will receive my refund as it was a robot that spoke to me that didn't have a clue. Be very aware of this company.

Woeful customer service

Company is fine as long as there are no issues with your order, the customer service is woeful, an endless loop of waiting for other departments to investigate the issue - Its not on the customer to wait for a company to resolve its own issues - Either re-dispatch or cancel and refund the order - Chat are unwilling to do this.
