Had to return a couple of items to Next yesterday and despite the shop being practically empty of customers and the girl behind the till having nothing to do, she insisted I did the return myself on the terminal at the end of the counter. Has customer service completely died? It would seem like it.

I always click and collect my parcels from Next no waiting in for the post email to let you know when its ready to collect thats great.

Did not arrive on time for my holiday although I ordered 5 days in advance.

I didnt receive all my order just got an email to thank me for a return I hadn't done.
I had to call you to find out what had happened
And apparently product was broken in transit

I've been shopping at Next both in store and more recently online, for many years now and I am very rarely disappointed. There's a super choice of clothing and brands as well as top quality homeware. The delivery times are usually very good, quite often the next day. The customer service is excellent and the staff in store are always pleasant and helpful.

We have been slowly furnishing our new home (on a new development) with a selection of furniture and smaller items from the NEXT catalogue.
All large items of furniture have been delivered on time without fuss or issue . . . . even including one return ! Thank you !
Score based upon the above would absolutely be five stars !

However, totally different story for small items such as light fittings, table lamps, soft furnishings etc.
The NEXT delivery partner EVRI has yet to deliver any of the items (8 in total) that we've ordered.
We've been forced to resort to cancelling these items, obtaining a refund and then re-order / pick-up from a local store.
Despite my giving EVRI explicit and simple instructions to find my property on the new development, they remain unable to deliver.
VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY FRUSTRATING

It’s always so easy to buy from Next.
Ordering is easy, delivery /collection /returns options are great.

Very efficient

This is a lovely bobble lamp base and ikat patterned shade. Excellent quality and colours. Looks much more expensive than it is. I had a disappointing experience with Next upholstery/chairs but this is really fabulous.

Purchased a beautiful lamp for my daughter had click and collect to the store which was best at the time for me the lamp is beautifully made fast convenient delivery

I’ve been using Next online for many years, it’s a great website with lots of choice at reasonable prices. Delivery is fairly reliable, although I have had a couple of issues in the past but generally very good.
