Dreadful customer service
I have purchased many pairs of jeans, which have been good,But I purchased a striped crossover skirt recently, when it arrived the quality was appalling, extremely thin cheap fabric, I contacted Halara many times, to return and get a refund, they just didn't want to help me at all even though I pointed out I had been a loyal customer spending hundreds of pounds with them.
I would not and will not purchase from them again, dreadful customer service!!

The trousers are not as described in the videos …..the material is soft and cannot be turned up to stay up ….the sizes are misleading ….i did try to return but the return process is so complicated….i will keep them and get wear from them …..but they are not as described..

I always have a great experience ordering from Halara. The consistency of the sizing and the descriptions of how they fit help you to find the right fit for you. The quality is really good! Great pieces to take on a trip, as they are very wrinkle resistant. So many items have the ability to be dressed up or down. Versatility is top notch!

The three tops I purchased were made uneven. I hate them. Don’t spend your money! Another piece of garbage I should not have purchased. Taking to the DI now.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Did not receive my item. Contacted customer support various ways (through the chat, through email) and I keep getting the run around. I keep getting told to wait because a case needs to be opened and an internal investigation needs to happen but then I follow up and there is no case open or internal investigation. Please refund me my money.
