The product is great! The delivery/ collection of old mattress needs coordination and customer services need to be easier to get a response from!
The mattress was delivered in a box that was way too heavy and big for anyone on their own to manage, fortunately the delivery men did take it upstairs for me but trying to get mattress out and on to bed was a nightmare! And what to do with the old mattress? I didn’t hear from the company until a week after the delivery and the slot I was offered wasn’t for another week after that….??!

Lulubella is such a unique retail company in as much as their customer service is second to none! The company’s policy and the vast majority of the goods it sells are inclusive for pretty much everyone. Everyone is so friendly and the clothes are great value!!
