Not very impressed.
Well what a rip off this company is. Having around 3 months ago I just enquired how much they would give me for my car, Instantly I got a quote back offering just under £1000. I thought ok not bad, but never got back to them. Then I was bombarded with texts, e mails, what's app, either upping their quote or lowering it. Finally I decided to sell so with the final quote of £850 I took the car to their premises, ( A car park in the middle of a retail park). Once there they offered me less than £200,coming up with excuse after excuse.
Thing is I filled all the relevant information out prior about the the car before I had the quote, then to offer people idiotic prices when they have delivered to you. Its just wrong.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service from the Friern Barnet branch. They basically stole my car because they wrote down 1 digit of my account number wrong and paid into a random account. They refused to do anything about it or escalate it to head office. Unreal!! Be very careful when checking the details on the contract before signing or you could be in for a shock. I will be getting the police involved unless they contact me to make this right.

Quick, easy, efficient and great staff!
Valued an amount online and then quoted a lot less when we got to the office and they looked over the car - however staff were brilliant and helped explain the reasons why properly and come to an agreeable price. We very much appreciated the time and effort Andrew put in with us to ensure we sold our car hassle free! Once a price was agreed I can't believe how quick and easy it was to go ahead!
