Visited Motorpoint Burnley today to view, test drive & hopefully purchase a vehicle. The staff were very professional throughout and helped is navigate the steps required to complete all the necessary paperwork. We never felt under pressure at any time and awe are very pleased with our purchase.

My experience with Motorpoint was a very positive one.
To be honest I was l little apprehensive as it can be quite daunting walking into a car showroom but I really had no need to worry, as I was made to feel at ease because I was treated with courtesy, kindness and above all patience by Madison who was very polite and professional 10/10

The car I wanted at a very good price - no pushy sales for car or add ons - full explanation on part exchange & finance options - seamless handover - staff who knew their cars & their job - all in all a very pleasant car buying experience !!

Staff support was great. Allowing me to walk round the vehicle myself was very helpful and removed any added pressure of being watched. Staff were close by for any questions I had, and were very friendly.

Staff were friendly, could have been a bit more interaction when we picked the car we wanted, kind of just left to make our own decision, which is fine,but emphasis seems to just be about sales, we really like the car we received from moterpoint.
