I found the lack of communication from the buyer once I had agreed the sale price, just letting me know that the sale was going to proceed would of been helpful, I waited nearly a week until I heard from the dealer. I also feel that when I was running through my write up your representative about the pictures I had submitted, I hadn’t realised that the service history was out of kilter.

Carwow offered to sell my car for free and I thought they will change later and request a payment but they kept their words up to the end

Carwow themselves were okay they kept calling for updates and kept me informed about what the buyer wanted so they were okay, but unfortunately the buyers are just messers trying to haggle the price they bid right down, rude they proceed to have conversations on the phone in there own language then laughing very intimidating when your stood there I didn't like it at all and I won't be using this site to sell any future vehicles.

Very easy process, when downloading pics/documents ect all green ticks as completed, obviously no one checked as 4 days later had to resubmit V5 photos due to clarity, it would be better if validated on day of uploading, caused a problem as I had left UK for Dubai by the time the problem was recognised.

The whole process was very smooth and straightforward. The communication was good, and Carwow were very helpful throughout the sale. The dealer was also professional and kept me informed about the collection.
The only thing I would mention is that dealers are not always very flexible when it comes to arranging a collection time, especially when the seller is working. It would be helpful if there was a little more flexibility around collection times.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and would use Carwow again.

I sold my car for the reserve price which CarWow originally said was too high! I said I wouldn’t list it any lower. I think now that I should have insisted it should have been even higher. However, it’s now sold. The process was excellent so can’t fault that.

Very easy to use, and it saved me money! I went to my local branch who tried their best selling me a vehicle on PCP. I felt the deal could be better, and within a few hours I was regular contact with 2 other dealerships who had much better discounts including vehicles being in stock. Carwow’s platform is definitely recommended!

It was easy to navigate through the selling process with Carwow. I was kept informed by Carwow upto the auction and during the auction with phone calls. The only problem was when the dealer, Steven Eagel, won the bid I had NO communication from them whatsoever. Then I only had emails from Carwow could have done with a phone call as it took over 2 weeks till the car was picked up. With still NO communication from Steven Eagel. Never heard from them since.

The dealer we went to was extremely helpful, we had a test drive and purchased a new 76 plate car that was ready for collection on the 1st September

Straight forward process and easy systems. Only loss of a star, as I wanted a quicker pick up as it was over a week after sale.
