I found the experience to be very positive. It was easy to upload the photos and my car was in the auction the following day, the car sold and it was picked up within the week. All in all it was very good.

Process was effortless, simply provide car details and add pictures, and the car is in auction. Process visibility was also good, I could see the status at anytime.

Poor. Will not recommend or use again. Car didn't make the reserve. Communication after was poor. Once car was collected there was no information and I had to chase the dealer for 4 days for payment to be made.

I wanted to sell my car without the usual tyre kicker brigade turning up at my door. Searched around and Carwow looked the best option, and as it turned out, it was. Quick and easy, took a few photographs, submitted them and two days later it was sold, slightly less than I hoped for but nevertheless sold.

The whole process was easy and everything explained, however, I registered to start the process on the Monday and did not hear anything for 5 days only to find that my car listing had not been set up. Once I made the phone call I got an apology and then my car was listed for the following Monday and fortunately sold. Despite what happened I would be happy to use this service again. The reserve price offered was far better than other car sales platforms I tried. I didn’t achieve the reserve price but was happy with the figure agreed.

You need to supply plenty of photos, and describe all the scratches and dents. However, this may stop the buyer turning up and haggling over the price, which happened to me. If the bid is made, and nothing is found, why is there still a lower offer? Stand your ground!!

An excellent service. Straight forward, supportive and easy to use. Highly recommend. Selling my vehicle was easy, will definitely use again if needed. Easily knocks all other car selling pages out of the park. Cant recommend enough.

So easy and I got a good price for my car

From supplying the advertising detail through to final payment was very easy. My car sold at a good price on the day and negotation/ collection by the dealer was easy. At every stage Carwow checked on progress and was available to help with any problems

Uploading pictures and details was really easy. Selling the car was relatively easy (although I struggled to find the buyers contact details) and I got significantly more than new car dealer was offering for part exchanging! Pick up went smoothly. Thanks!

Easy and smooth process - better pricing than through a dealership

Very thorough, but quick response to any queries when making initial enquiries. Very good customer service, and very speedy to get everything sorted, and money arrived in bank same day as it was taken away. Also guy who collected it was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great guidance during putting together the listing which was then entered into the next auction and within 48 hours it was sold, very close to my minimum price and a lot more than Motorway and We Buy Any Car offered.
There was a UK call centre who called and checked details and I could call to ask questions. They kept me up to date with the next steps. The purchaser was great, the process was straightforward and as I had been honest on the listing we got the full offer. They paid our finance directly and it was all sorted.

Easy to use app and step by step guidance

A total and utter shambles. Organised collection of our new car for Thursday the 15th of October having been assured several times that our old car was going to be collected the day before. Insurance was swapped over from one vehicle to the other on the strength of those assurances to then receive an email at seven o clock that night asking us to give potential dates for them to collect the following week! We were then left in a position where we had to effectively insure two cars for a week while we relentlessly chased Carwow to try to organise collection of our vehicle. Carwow advertise their service as easy, hassle and stress free with great support. Ours was everything but. Avoid

I would strongly advise against selling your car through Carwow. I found their approach to the process extremely disappointing and felt that they were not transparent or honest in their dealings. Even more concerning, my car was advertised again after the auction had ended, without my knowledge or permission.

Adding the car information was pretty easy as was most of the process. I sometimes found getting hold of the right person after the auction challenging but other than that, it was smooth sailing.
Would definitely use the service again if I ever need it.

First time sale using Carwow and managed to get significantly more than the part-ex offer from a main dealer. The website instructions made listing the car really easy and the pickup process was very straightforward.
