Very prompt service

I heard of Simba mattresses before but now I was referred by a friend. And I just purchased my first Simba mattress Pro Luxe edition. I also received 2 free pillows for the referrel and I can not wait to get them. Mattress was delivered next day, packaging was good and sturdy, the mattress was impecabil. Money well spend!

Bloody superb mattress can’t fault it at all my daughter has been having better night sleeps since sleeping on this mattress.

Delivered next day. Purchased the topper and so far so good. Improved sleep comfort and i run a little cooler.

From a service perspective Simba was absolutely fantastic. Time from order to receiving the product was brilliant so no complaints.
The pillow itself had been a disappointment especially with the cost. I have removed the nanocubes to get a flatter softer pillow as a front sleeper but I haven’t really found it very comfortable ot helpful.

We just wanted to purchase new pillows and bad mattress protector so we have a spare, order delivered in less than 48 hours. Brilliant product, brilliant service.

Bought the Hybrid mattress, mattress protector and a quilt back in April. It now being November, and all I can say is that this is the best mattress both myself and my husband have ever had. I also gave birth in May and have spent longer in bed than usual, and I generally suffer with a bad back too - and this is still the best bed ever! Order process was simple and easy, delivery was amazing (choose your preferred delivery date, and very soon too!), and the courier company were excellent (even though they arent meant to, they took everything upstairs for me, noting I was 8m pregnant). Faultless and highly recommend

Excellent pillows, have ordered many different pillows over the years and have finally found great quality simba pillows expensive but worth the expense as I am sure these pillows will last for a long time

Delivery went very smoothly. Arranged to have old mattress taken away. It was very heavy and us two pensioners struggled to get it in the supplied bag! Delivery men were courteous and kept us informed about when they would arrive. A good experience overall.

The most overpriced mattress on the market. If you want to be woken up 4 times a night with intense back pain this is the one for you. At first I thought it might be the frame but turns out its the mattress
We bought the 2nd most expensive model ironically to support good posture and sleep ive never had more pain in my life im 29 with no back issues... ive had to take days off work because of this terrible product. My advice save your spine and your wallet and buy something else the marketing is pure lies. Terrible quality, Terrible product.

I first purchased a SIMBA mattress five years ago, and I loved it so much that when I decided to upgrade to a different size and model last year, there was never any doubt about which brand I would choose!

I honestly cannot recommend SIMBA enough. The quality, comfort and overall sleeping experience are simply outstanding.

And now, even when it comes to my children, SIMBA is our first choice! They are absolutely delighted with their mattresses. They used to always sneak into our bed, but now we have a new favourite family routine: staying in their lovely SIMBA beds, cuddling up and reading bedtime stories together. ❤️
