I found a bed I wanted to purchase on the website - easy to use. The bed is incredible. It looks so much more expensive than what we paid. It is so nice, very well made and really easy to put together. I will be using them again to purchase a new bed for our daughter. I highly recommend.

Complaints resolved 10 out of 10. Great customer service.
Recently I have purchased a beautiful wardrobe and TV unit that was delivery with few issues and I was very disappointed so I have reached out to customer service and luckily I receive very quick response from the team. The advisor name Lily was fantastic and very professional, she resolved all with in 1 day . I am glad as I have ordered from them before and love Dusk furnitures so at least the one bad experience is not gonna hold me back. I understand mistake can happened but the way was resolved that matters. Thank you

SO impressed
Honestly we were so impressed with Dusk at every step of the way! I checked a lot of the 1 ⭐ reviews to try and figure out whether I should trust them and I’m glad I took the plunge!
The quality of the item is great, you really wouldn’t think it was only £200. The delivery was super speedy and we were kept informed at every step of the way and the delivery men were very lovely and took the furniture to the room we needed it in.
We’re planning to order again and I am hoping the quality of the service will stay the same!

All season duvet
I bought an all season duvet. It's 2 duvets that connect together to make a warmer one.
Well they don't connect together. The poppers on each corner do not fix together.
I emailed dusk to complain.. or just ask if perhaps one of the wrong ones had been sent .. I sent pictures of the poppers. You can easily see they will not fix together. It's like they both have the same part of the poppers.. like if they are male and female then the duvets have all female poppers.
Then they told me to make a video to prove that it doesn't work.. like I'm lying for the fun of it. Either way, I did this and then just never heard back.
Honestly the duvets would have been nice, a good weighty feeling to them.. but in the winter they will not fix together and then they move away from each other in the duvet cover making them useless and uncomfortable.
Total waste of money and I think probably Dusk are a bit diabolical.

I'd ordered previously and had a good experience so decided to order again during a recent sale but ran into issues with evri having seemingly lost my parcel.
The customer support team have been absolutely amazing especially Shahana. They organised a full refund, provided a discount code for free shipping and made sure the original sale price paid was honoured.

Unreliable
Paid £30 for a delivery service that wasn’t provided. But have been told I’m ineligible for a refund. Still waiting on delivery and no clear timeline on when it’s coming. No one seems to know where the product is that I’ve paid for. DUSK try and fob it off to the courier but I’m a DUSK customer and shouldn’t have to chase their suppliers to get the product that I ordered from them.
