Awful service. Ordered trainers, was told they were shipped and then had a notification to say the order was cancelled. I now have to wait another two weeks for the refund. A full month wasted.

I bought, then saw reviews,but allowed the process to continue. I bought Turkey Tail mushroom extract capsules. I paid less for 360 capsules via Joom than I did for 180 capsules from my previous supplier.. and they were 750 strength rather than 500. So I got more, stronger capsules, for less than I was previously paying. Yes, they came from outside of the UK, so delivery took a little longer than usual, but I was informed of its progress all the way, and the whole process from start to finish, including the goods, has been impeccable. I, for one, can't add to the negative reviews.

This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from this company. Bought a jacket and want to refund but still trying to contact customer support but they don’t bother, no response. Be careful.

Awful!! Cushion covers look nothing like the photo, completely ignored by customer services. Avoid, cheap and nasty material don’t waste your money!

Purchased a clock what a load of rubbish - it is cheap looking came in a damaged box took ages to arrive!

Do not order from this website! The products are simply cheap, bad sewed fabric copies of other models found on different clothing sites. The return does not payoff because you would need to ship to China. If you’re from Europe, avoid this website. Totally trash

Package not received, asks for a Review & I haven't received it!

I received a completely defective laser device (Order LMLW465X). The product does not work at all and I have provided video proof. Customer support is blocking my refund request with automated bots. I demand an immediate full refund for this broken item.⁠

After receiving the wrong coloured item my order was cancelled and a full refund was made thank you Olga for sorting this out for me

I was hesitant after all the reviews I’ve seen, however my lipstick is exactly the one I ordered, and it even came with an extra tester!! I’m so happy, I knew what was happening with my order every step of the way! I will definitely be purchasing from this site again! ✨🩷 (Just understand the products take a while as it’s shipping from Korea, it took 3 weeks and 3days to arrive, but just be patient)

I made order for two items, after I ordered them got email saying items out of stock, eventually got refund on one item but not high price item!! do not go near this site!! very poor customer care

I ordered 10 items, but only 9 arrived. The package box was damaged.

Ordered a retro Pearl Jam t-shirt that was supposed to be an original from the 90s. It's NOT! They're cheap Chinese knockoffs. Tshirts look ok but not sure how long the prints or shape is going to last after a couple of washes.

The jeans I ordered are a perfect fit but they are a little short, I am usually a 31 leg but I must admit they are well made and apart from the length I would buy another pair.

Despite the reviews I went ahead and ordered. Have ordered 6 pairs now and all received fairly quickly. Had to return one pair and my refund was processed as soon as I sent the photos and postage receipt. So my experience has been really positive. If you like Chinese running shoes, best place to go

I ordered a pair of shoes over 2 months ago, and I still haven’t received them. I also never received any SMS, email, or delivery confirmation from the carrier.

The strange part is that the Joom app now shows the order as delivered, even though I have received absolutely nothing. I have no package and no notification telling me where or when it was supposedly delivered.

This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for an order that I never received, and the tracking information does not match what actually happened.

I would strongly recommend being very careful before ordering from Joom. I personally will not be ordering from this website again.
