I spoke to Hannah in customer services about a dilemma yesterday. Hannah's politeness & efficiency was very good! She was quick, knew what she was doing & helped me about a delivery pick up by Royal Mail.

Review of Prestige Flowers
DELIVERY COSTS
The only thing I am not too happy about is the delivery costs. Not enough information, should be able to click on various. I thought with it being a 2 day away delivery it was free. And the £5.80 just gets added to the total!? Clearer delivery costs needed! I think the cost of the flowers are enough.
