My shoes were very poor quality and broken. They cost £60.00 and I could not get a refund. The website just kept sending me around in circles. I said I was going to CAB to get advice…. I still never got a refund. This was three months ago. Please don’t shop with Joom

Delay after delay for delivery with no explanation then randomly on a Friday night, notification that it had been left at my address. Was nowhere to be found and their response was to check the garden or the neighbours and keep looking for at least a week before they would action. No proof of delivery available when requested. Useless and inadequate assistance from the customer non-service. Raised a dispute with PayPal who denied my claim because they were told by Joom that delivery was made. PayPal took them at their word, no proof, that delivery has been made - rip offs, scammers, con artists, thieves. Wish I’d read the reviews before handing over my $$$

I ordered a junior Spanish Football strip for my son. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot and thought I’d made another costly mistake.
I have to say I am highly delighted with my purchase. The quality is far better than I was expecting, personalisation is good and the price was very competitive. The kit even came with socks. It took around 12 days for delivery but I wasn’t in a hurry.

When placing an order, I didn't know what to expect.. But it provided me with information about my product so it's very good. I might order from them again. I just don't know when. Other than that, the service was amazing!

Cheaters! Another chinese pseudo-company. I got some low quality crap that is not possible to wear, I can only throw it to trash, no chance to get my money back! It said it was an original garmin strap, looked normal on a picture, and when I got it I understood that I've been cheated on. Have I known it's one of those chinese fake companies, i would never buy anything there. But I didn't check the credentials and I can now only prezent others from buying on that site.

Absolutely crap material if you could call it that. Avoid unless you want cheap temu type rubbish
The sizing isn't right on labels the 2xl which I told this company is a medium. Far to small. They said its correct size. It's cheap fabric too. I did contact them before review

The customer service is very appalling and unprofessional and no form of other contact!
All they care about is the sales. You get a damaged clothing they care less it’s your luck!

Take your time and be careful when ordering products from Joom because the products may look like the authentic brand, but it’s a knock off. Really slow delivery too.

The product said it was hand painted glass. I received my drinking glasses with a cat on one and dolphins on the other. This was correct, however they were just pictures stuck onto the glasses. Very disappointing.
Trying to find out how to make a complaint was a nightmare. Parts of where they told you to go was not even on the website. Buyer beware.

It was a fake perfume and cost €52—I’m never ordering from here again!

Printer part advertised as sent from Poland within 3-4 days but it is actually sent from China in 3-4 weeks. All you get is bad excuses.

I ordered 3 t-shirts on the 2nd week of August (2026), one of them arrived in 4 working days from a Polish producer, the other 2 came from a Chinese one in about 2 weeks.
The T-shirts are exactly as they are shown on the Joom e-commerce and the declared size is correct, nice cotton fabric as well.

I Receive The Snickers in perfect conditions!But Only Have A Lirle Problem..at the begining of buying the snickers the joom was teling it only will take 8 a 14 days to receive at home,but it take a almost a mouth,i dont know what was the problem,but i dont care of waiting a litle bit more,at least they deliver at my home with no fails,im happy and im going to buy more snickers in the future!
