I have bought from Ayzeze the “Magic Cloth” which is totally useless. They are scam.

Coffee order
I ordered coffee capsules with the understanding that I would receive 4 boxes of 12 capsules each. Instead, I received 1 box of 12 capsules!

Fake! This webshop sells fake products, terrible quality and not real! Do not ever buy here, you can’t get your money back, they are no email tracking and there is no way to return.

Exceptionally long delivery from Netherlands to Finland. It took 4 weeks, and on refund request (the product was not needed anymore) they don't even admit there was a delay. I expected the delivery in Europe will be faster. Otherwise, it doesn't even make any sense, cheaper and even faster to order absolutely same from China. I won't recommend such a service at all.

Cant find a way to return items,just go round in circles and no contact number or email address to contact,useless do not use this website.

I ordered an Ironing Board Cover {order number GV441516761GB} from you but what was delivered was the wrong size. I ordered a 48 inch length but what was delivered was about 36 inch.

The price I paid was supposed to include VAT.
Nope.
When the item arrived in Norway, customs charged me VAT (MVA in Norway) again, and on top of that a hefty fee for inspecting the package.

I received my shoes 8 weeks after ordering them, July 21st. Unfortunately they were too small and I wanted to return them and change to a larger size.
I have mailed Cocofashion several times to ask how I proceed in this matter, but without any answer.
If they read this review perhaps they will tell me how I go about it, hopefully!

I ordered a pair of shoes size 38. After waiting for 3 weeks, the shoes arrived, labelled size 38, were in fact 37 because they are too small. The quality is also bad. When I sent I email to customer services, I got an automated reply that they have too many queries and cannot reply for at least 5 days. I am going to check if I can get the money back somehow.

AN UPDATE. I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

Ordered items for my sons birthday... nothing has arrived and no way of contacting this company...do not order from this company as scammers but I will be sure they will be refunding me...watch out people DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AYZEZE....

This company makes you wait up to 6 days for a response to your emails. They don't like speeding things up. My order has been at the assembly stage since 1330hrs yesterday (17/07/26). Ayzeze are con artists, and scammers.

Awful communication and have still not received my parcel that was ordered in March. Have requested a refund but still not received

An unpleasant experience. I placed the order a month ago and it got delivered from different locations: Ukraine, India. Making it harder for the parcels to arrive, every product arrived at different time in different packages. Some of them with soon expired dates. I ordered supplements

Ordered a tee shirt, said based in Latvia. After purchase turned out to be China!😩. Eagles tee turned up eventually totally different colour to that advertised. Try and contact Ayzeze support team ( if you can!)

I didn't received my order and they are not willing to refund my money and respond my emails

I placed an order with ayzeze.fi on May 9. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time appeared reasonable. However, after ordering, the delivery date was changed to August 2, extending the wait by several months.
When I attempted to cancel the order and request a refund due to the delay, the website's system stated that it was too late to cancel, preventing me from recovering my money. In my experience, this left me waiting months for a low-cost item while being unable to obtain a refund. The combination of the extended delivery delay and the inability to cancel has been very frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully review the company's delivery and cancellation policies before placing an order.

This company is a complete scam. I placed my order on April 22 and since then I have been lied to repeatedly about the delivery date. First they promised the order would arrive by May 1st, then they kept updating the tracking saying the package had cleared customs and was “on the way.”

Now, after months of waiting and false promises, they suddenly claim the package will arrive in AUGUST. This is unacceptable and completely dishonest behavior.

The customer service keeps misleading customers instead of providing real information. I strongly believe this company is intentionally deceiving people with fake delivery updates and unrealistic promises.

Do not trust this website. Do not waste your money. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
