Feel stupid as I got super by the images. What I received was cheap and nasty. I asked if I could return and get a refund and I got told no. Their service was also late by 3 weeks. DO NOT USE.

Their website says they do refunds, they don’t.
Their website says they do refunds and exchanges, but they do not do refunds. Since it comes from China, it costs more to ship it back than the product is worth, so they let you keep the item and give you a portion of it back as store credit. Some people are ok with that, i personally would have liked to know that before ordering in the first place. Putting refunds on their website is a lie.

WARNING DO NOT BUY There seems to be an excuse for everything in their replies on here Read between the lines people. Arrived after 5 weeks late for a 21st birthday present. When it did eventually arrive it was a load of overpriced crap and refused refund. They obviously needed the money more than I did. Let that be a warning to you. I never normally buy from a company I’m not aware of before checking them out on here first. More fool me

Bad products and customer service
I ordered 3 tactical hoodies to be personalized. The 2 black hoodies had snaps on the pocket that couldn’t be snapped because the bottom part of the snaps were missing. The purple hoodie had burry words, loose stitching that was coming apart, wide uneven sleeves and the material was a cheap silk material, that should have been cotton. Customer service was no help. I would not recommend ordering from printerval!!!!!

Poor quality. Even worse customer service.
I ordered a medium blue shirt with a Back to the Future Delorean graphic which looked great on their website. When it was delivered, the graphic was fuzzy and nearly completely black.
I sent an email to printerval with a photo only to have them say it's normal to have color variation, and offer me 10% discount on my next purchase.
I refused the offer and asked them to reconsider. Multiple emails went ignored so I disputed with PayPal. PayPal ruled in my favor, so Printerval said the shirt had to be shipped to CHINA. *They had sent it from Ontario California.*
I again appealed to PayPal, and we're currently waiting on that decision.
Seriously, this is a horribly unethical business. They bank on you being scared off with international shipping costing more than you spent to begin with. Stay away.

Would give negative stars if I could
Would give negative stars if I could. We ordered candy shirts for Halloween and 2 came incorrect. They tried to tell me they werent incorrect then stopped responding when i proved them wrong. It wasnt until I left a bad review and kept opening tickets that they decided to help. They ended up resending the wrong shirts but only after I took down my bad review. It is now after Halloween and we still don't have the correct shirts.

Wrong address and no refund
⭐ 1/5 — Terrible customer service.
Printerval shipped my order to the wrong address despite confirming they had the correct one. They refused to refund me and demanded an additional shipping fee to fix their mistake. Now I’m out the money with nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointing. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order on 9/5/2026 and did receive a confirmation e-mail On 9/21/2026 received e-mail my item had shipped. Estimated delivery was between 10/11-18. That was the last communication I received. I ordered a building set with 1250 pieces (similar to Legos). Finally received my order on 11/4/2026. What I received was a cheap plastic figure that was broken! Not worth the $68.95 I paid.

I submitted a claim that my order was not delivered.
My order was marked as delivered on Oct 31. I submitted a claim that my order was not delivered on Nov 1 and have not heard back. It's now Nov 4. This t-shirt was supposed to be a birthday gift. I am disappointed it never arrived and even more disappointed to not get any response about the issue.
