Despite the reviews I went ahead and ordered. Have ordered 6 pairs now and all received fairly quickly. Had to return one pair and my refund was processed as soon as I sent the photos and postage receipt. So my experience has been really positive. If you like Chinese running shoes, best place to go

I ordered a pair of shoes over 2 months ago, and I still haven’t received them. I also never received any SMS, email, or delivery confirmation from the carrier.

The strange part is that the Joom app now shows the order as delivered, even though I have received absolutely nothing. I have no package and no notification telling me where or when it was supposedly delivered.

This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for an order that I never received, and the tracking information does not match what actually happened.

I would strongly recommend being very careful before ordering from Joom. I personally will not be ordering from this website again.

It did take along time but my shoes came earlier then expected. They're really good quality.

Ordered multiple things, got continues updates on arrivals at destinations and even small delays. Products arrived safely

The item I ordered was not as described. Customer services have been polite and helpful, but there is no recourse except to contact the seller directly.

Again still no package just stupid emails asking for more info. It is a putter grip for goodness sake hardly a large product. Ordered in June and still not here . Joom says it has been dispatched which is bull!##! DoNotBuy from them you will loose your money

Disgusting company. Fake products.
Arrived damaged and broken. Still declined a refund. Utter rubbish. Save your money

Easy to find what you need and fast delivery

I orderd my 2 purcheses from this site in early july i never recieved my order it says returned to sender now has gone missing unfortunatley and there declining my refund what a company is this so please dont buy from this corupt company

I find your website and app very difficult to use and it's not particularly user-friendly. Your courier, Relay, attempted to deliver the parcel, and it was marked as delivered. However, the post office then rejected the item because they do not accept Relay packages.
This means that my daughter’s gift for school is now apparently still with your courier. I would therefore appreciate it if you could confirm exactly where the parcel is and arrange for it to be delivered as soon as possible.

Scam! Said the parcel wasn’t collected, they didn’t even send it. I’ve raised a complaint with PayPal

If I could, I would give zero stars. What a bunch of scammers. I ordered shoes on their site and they sent me the wrong ones. After trying to return them (which Joom makes virtually impossible to do) I lodged a complaint but they say that the evidence is not sufficient so they have denied my request. DO NOT shop on this cheap ass scammer site. TEMU is without a doubt much better ... have never had a problem with returns.

ordered 4. different owl sewing kits alll 4 did not have templates for the feather ect total waste of money with out them

Generally they take money and you need to have hope.one day you will receive order. Already 2 months waiting and just got message that there is slight delay

Placed an order for one colour but the image kept reverting to a different colour tried deleting cart but same issue. Placed order and emailed support immediately to make them aware and request confirmation they were sending correct colour. Response was both poor and non helpful glad it was paid with PayPal I would not order from this platform

I ordered sandals beginning April 2026.
They never arrived. I chased and chased, they said no record, but they took my money. Then they found the record of them inJune time saying they would be delivered, still nothing. Chased again, they said they would be delivered 4th July, still nothing. Chased agsin and now they says as its after 10th July I cant get a refund. JOOM are con artists. DO NOT SHOP WITH JOOM!!!!

I received an item the wrong size. The convoluted and [ I suspect] intentionally discouraging returns procedure has left me without any means of redress.

Sharp practice. Still I should have known better.
Beware. They only want your money and are not in the least interested in customer satisfaction.
