The communication from Ankhway is good, the service is easy to use and simple to follow. I have noticed a difference with the gummies however when taken on a morning before breakfast they sometimes result in an upset stomach.

Poor customer service
I would have liked to have tried the gummies but they never arrived. Numerous e-mails back and forth, just received an e-mail saying they've issued a refund but to allow 10 working days. Order was placed 23rd October- absolute s**t show

Leon has already processed your full refund, and it can take up to 10 working days to show depending on your bank. Your subscription has also been cancelled, so there will be no further charges.

The gummies didnt make any difference to me, i got a bit of an upset tummy-and i couldnt see how to cancel the subscription, only how to pause it- however an email to customer service (Jonas) and it was promptly dealt with.
