You delivered to the wrong address. The lady who took the package even told the driver it was wrong. Delivered to Stoke Road, not Poringland Road and the wrong postcode. Fortunately the lady rang me to let me know

We just recently renewed our thatch insurance as our previous insurance doubled for no reason! Purchasing thatch home insurance can be very daunting, however Eddie Tesloff provided excellent support to ensure we got the best cover available for the best price! I have just taken out home and contents insurance for my thatched cottage. I must say Eddie Teslof and the team have been amazing. Getting thatch insurance is a daunting task and lots of requirements need to be met. Thatch assist is by far the best insurance provider for this type of property and made the process so much easier and provide an excellent service throughout the whole process! Finally got my package today! 😂 what a load of toot!! What a surprise, clearly not as advertised, no nice boxed presentation, a 1/4 of the size advertised and looks cheap and tacky! What a waste of money, but all I can do is laugh about it

This company is terrible! Ordered my product 17th May! Can't even tell you where it is or when it will be delivered! Should've read the reviews prior to making the purchase! Not a uk company as advertised! Could've walked to pick up my order quicker! Not convinced I'm ever going to receive it and no doubt it won't be as advertised after reviewing all the negative comments! I've given up now, likely to get no delivery or refund so feel a bit robbed to be honest

I had an issue with a non delivery from DPD who advised they delivered my parcel to my address, even though the evidence shown was poor, they said delivered to my porch, which I don't have and I was at home when they said delivered! I spoke to Clare in customer services who has been amazing, she was able to actually track my delivery which hadn't been delivered to my address as stated, she has reissued my order without delay and kept me fully updated! I have worked in customer services for over 25 years and Clare was great! My dog absolutely loves their food and I am more than happy with Luna&Me! Thank you

My parcel has not been delivered! They said left on porch! I don't have a porch, photo taken just shows the label and not delivered to safe place, tried to call DPD and their service is terrible, just put you on hold and then cut you off! I was at home, when this was apparently delivered???

Internet is now slower than it was and numerous buffering, wire was not placed in area that had been surveyed for! We have a 17th century cottage and didn't want wires down the front of the house, hence the original survey! Engineer attempted to drill holes to the internal walls and has created 2 holes in error, which I now have to fill over and paint! Not impressed at all!

Got my new boxers today and they are great!! Glad I checked the reviews first and ordered size 2xl so good job I checked the size guide before ordering! Excellent quality and feel great! 👍

This isn’t a good product, it doesn’t work and certainly isn’t rocket fuel as described! Waste of £30, there are much better products out there! Very disappointed

Terry the engineer who installed our new oven was great, he went above and beyond when he realised we had an issue with our electrical socket and resolved it within minutes, he could have left it as it was, but he didn’t and fixed it for us, Top Man

I would just like to say thank you to enterprise Norwich for their great service. I was recently involved in a non fault car accident and enterprise provided me with a courtesy car. It was a brand new Volvo C90 and was lovely! I had to have this for nearly 8 weeks from the 24th May, whilst my car was being repaired! Brilliant service from Milly Davis and I also had check up calls from the manageress. I have used this Norwich branch a few times now and have to say the customer service always comes with a smile! Thank you for providing me such a nice car whilst my car was being repaired! Made the wait much more bearable! The car was much bigger than my BMW 4 series and took some getting used too, but Milly was great when demonstrating the car!

Really impressed with the quality of their products, ease of use and delivery times. Would definitely recommend
