I am writing in regards of this order that was placed on the 2/11/26 and was delivered on the 04/11/26.
At purchase time I thought I added the promotion code, however I did not realise that I didn’t and been trying to contact customer service for a refund of approximately £30 before the delivery.(30% of £149) plus I purchased added warranty too.

I have been waiting for a long time every time I contact customer service via telephone and I just received an email post delivery stating that I have to arrange the return of the product including payment of shipping.

I am finding this very unpleasant and frustrating situation and feel that the customer service is very poor and disappointing.

I honestly don't know what those people who wrote positive reviews used before, if they praise this product. I originally purchased it for cooling but it could not really circulate air properly even in a small room and of course it does not cool the air, it just moves it around somewhat feebly. I waited till the time I could use it as a heater and was hoping for a better performance on that front. Alas, nope, disappointment again. Useless product. I feel all positive reviews are bot and AI generated, not real people. It's a scam company with a knock off product that still sells for quire a bit of money. Huge disappointment

This is the second time I have purchased this - my previous one didn't work and it is a fab heater - the best I've ever had - Highly recommendable.

Very easy to order. As i ordered 2 i had a discount which was great and it actually got delivered the next day within the time specified. The fans heat up really quick and are lovely and toasty. Haven’t used the cool fan yet . Rally happy with my purchase

Brilliant service and prompt delivery

I recently bought a Vortex fan/heater and was so impressed, I bought another two with the 2026 improvements. The fan appears significantly stronger (claimed to be 40% stronger) I have no way of testing other than putting the fan farther away and comparing it with the pre-improved model - it is certainly stronger. The 2026 version also has a quieter fan, which for me, is quite obvious to detect. I appreciate the quick heater start up, warming the local area quickly saving having to have the whole house central heating on. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and efficient within 24 hours of ordering. All in all, a well made, distinctive and very useful fan/heater, bonus points for getting a good deal on purchasing 2 at the same time.

I was upset that you lowered the price by £30 the day after i bought it ! The nachine works fine tho , v efficient !

DEATH TRAP! this started to spark and catch fire in my son's room, if I hadn't got it outside quickly, or if we hadn't smelt the smoke... we could of had a death on our hands! burnt stair carpet on way out and flooring.... as well as moulten plastic on the front patio.
AVOID!!!!

Bought the small dehumidifier for our Motorhome. Works a treat. We now have 2 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. Really happy with every Vortex product I have.
