The product was good but expensive for what it is. Also customers should be made aware that items are despatched from China and not Manchester and can take up to two weeks to arrive.

I placed three orders and the first one arrived which i wasnt happy with as the duffle bag was nothing like the picture . I contacted customer services and Amy was dealing with me . She is excellent and i received a 70%refund within three days and allowed to keep the bag. The second orders arrived and i wasnt expecting them to be as seen but i was surprised as my cotton cardigan was really nice and so were the make up bags . I have read the company reviews and i can honestly say thanks to Amy i had a good experience . Thank you

I absolutely adore the cardigan. The design is cosy but still smart enough to wear out. Really nice quality knit and the shape has stayed perfect after wearing it. Customer service were helpful when I asked about the care instructions. Delivery was straightforward and it arrived wrapped securely.

It must be as clear as day to anyone with even half a brain that these AI scammers are literally stealing everyone’s money by fraud. They are also putting blocks of fake 5 star reviews on to cover a page or more to try and mask all the negative 1 star reviews that unfortunate ripped-off customers like me are writing. It seems that these bots Grace and Leah are able to continue stealing money with impunity. For Leah read Liar and for Grace read Disgrace. Much nearer the truth.

RIP off company in China! I’ve written off £40 for a none descript jumper that is appalling quality and worlds away from the colour and design I ordered.

This is an Ai generated scam web-site based in China . I ordered ‘soft leather’ shoes but over 2 weeks later cheap canvas hard junk shoes arrived.
I was given 2 weeks to return them to China at my expense and told if they arrived late I would not get a return.
Do not use this company. They are also putting fake positive trust Pilot reviews on this site

Product not handmade as stated nothing like i expected and was forced to keep product for a 30%refund or pay for postage back to China very disappointing

Unusual products - I bought the decorated linen bins. Well packed and delivered quickly.

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever had the mis-fortune of buying from. The goods I ordered arrived and was nothing like the photos they had on their website. The jumpers weren't just the wrong pattern they were not wearable. To add insult to injury I then had to argue for a refund which was considerably less than what I had paid for them. I was given the option of sending the goods back AT MY EXPENSE to China and if they arrived at their final destination only then would I receive a full refund minus the postage cost. AVOID using this business at all costs

I had to wait ages between ordering my bag and it coming. I had actually written it off, but i kept getting Emails asking me what I thought. It arrived today, and I am very pleased with it.

Lovely laundry basket, the customer service dept were very helpful, as I accidentally ordered 2 by mistake, I was refunded very promptly.
The basket is of very good quality, and has brightened up my bathroom.

I ordered a dress which took nearly 2 weeks to receive by delivery method. I started to worry as the website/store appeared to be a U.K based company. Only after I do the transaction the website it appears the registration is a business address thats in the NL .
When received item it was faulty and poorly machine sewn , manufacturing material is thin that its visibly see through. The dress sizing is very questionable at best for especially for a (10-12) medium dress size and a size eight.
The zipper poor cheap plastic that it’s faulty and stiff the zipper got stuck during trying to pull up. I am size eight in waist have to buy a dress a bigger size for only upper chest measurement as like a looser fit.
Absent of all normal labels on clothing, no dress size , no washing or ironing instructions or fashion branding .
The item was just stuffed into a cheap clear plastic zip bag with an outer sticker that said (M).
Company customer service is terrible and will try to offer exchange with 20% extra on website for any exchange by customer service- email it doesn’t look they use the same as company. They try to push customers into an exchange as customers have to send item to back to a warehouse in China at their own risk and cost.(Even if it’s faulty goods.)
I stated my customer rights due to the faulty zipper and not fit for purpose and unable to wear . Since all my emails have went to them ghosting with no response . I tried again by their on website customer support and by emails.
I don’t advise anyone buying from online shopping store. Save yourself the hassle and waste of money. I will never online it’s a well known and respected retailers . I only give one star as couldn't give any lower.

Total rip-off. Waited more than 2 weeks for the bag to arrive (from China, not Manchester). Nothing at all like the advertised product. Absolute rubbish, and you must pay £25 if you want to return the item as it must be sent all the way back to China.
Do not buy and read the returns policy first.
