Excellent customer service
My first delivery was too small and when I asked about exchanging it you sent me another one free of charge.
I passed the smaller one to my daughter who was delighted and have since ordered two more of the same style in a larger size which I have received.
I shall certainly buy from Rosyday again

Good Delivery - Everything Else Poor
The delivery was good, taking 8 days from ordering to receiving.
Items ordered are not as described. 3 x cotton blend tops that have no cotton in (97% polyester & 3% spandex). The print is only on the outside & white on the inside . They look & feel cheap. They do not fit well.
After 3 emails written, requesting details on how to return items and request a refund, to the uk support addres,I still haven't had any acknowledgement Order number 1724042. Very disappointing service & advise buying elsewhere. I will have to claim via bank.

Rosyday has some lovely clothes
Rosyday has some lovely clothes. I have ordered quite a few items recently, and have been pleased with them. I have a problem, though. I am unable to order from my computer, as Rosyday has been classified a dangerous site, and it is blocked from my computer. I therefore have to order from my phone, which is not easy, and sometimes it is very slow to process my order, and I am not always sure that the order has gone through.

Return items Rosyday make very difficult
I've sent many emails with pics of the items, at least for 10 days, and not reply received. Always the same responses send pics of items. I'm returning the items because material are not as soft as cotton should be.

This dress is not as described, which was cotton jersey plus stretch. It is 95% polyester plus stretch and looks very shiny in bright light.
This is quite annoying because it's a perfect fit and very well made with attention to detail.
I probably will wear it sometime.

Very poor company to deal with. My wife bought a dress from them that didn't fit. The obstacles you have to overcome to sort it out are not worth it. Eventually she was offered half her money back, and keep the dress that didn't fit. Pathetic company.
Don't believe the returns policy, it's all a lie.

Attractive dress for warmer weather
I bought the navy version of the dress. It took a couple of weeks to be delivered, but it fits well and has lived up to my expectations. It was very creased of course because of being packaged up, but a good ironing fixed that. Now we just need another heat wave so I can wear it! No, that's not quite true - the dress is perfectly suited to the summer months generally.
