Truly awful. The swimsuit was terrible quality and did not fit correctly. Returned over three months ago and have yet to receive a refund, have contacted customer service multiple times.

Love the products hoping just as nice as they look !

I just had problems returning back to my order, but I may have been too impatient. I love all of your items, especially your dresses. They all are modest, colorful, and beautiful.

They have the most fashionable looking clothes. Very Stylish, not just plain everyday clothes !!

The tanking set was lovely but it didn’t suit me so I have returned it for an exchange for another design. The cushions er servuc3 team were very efficient in arranging this for me

I ordered 2 items and never received them. All they say is there is a delay in shipping. They won’t refund until I receive items and return. I filed a complaint through my credit card. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Buyer beware!!

I will never order from this company again! It took 1 month to get my purchases. Sizing is very inconsistant! Ordered 6 summer dresses in a medium and all were huge on me except for 2 dresses. The biggest down fall is You do not get FREE returns! Only time it is free is if you exchange the items or in store credit. I was charged $18 for items(6 dresses) returned! Also the quality of these products reminded me of SHEIN or Temu but with a much higher price.

So far so good !!! Hoping it continues.. I loved my Tankini's.. Bought 3 different ones and I LOVE THEM !!!

Wonderful selection of beautiful clothing. The prices are very reasonable also. I have purchased clothing from Modlily in the past and I have been very pleased with what I have purchased. Shipping can take quite a bit of time, but the wait is worth it.

On 25th June my order was shipped & showed an estimated delivery date of between 30th June - 3rd July. I have just had it delivered today 21st July! This is disgusting service. Trying to contact this company is a joke! They don't have a phone so you have to 'chat' to a robot! Once they hand your stuff to a courier, they basically wash their hands of it! They don't keep you updated or even reply to e-mails. You can't get to speak to a Manager. I will not be buying from them again. Once bitten, twice shy!
