Your engineer was superb
Your engineer was superb. Gave excellent advice on installing fibre broadband, carried out the work neatly and efficiently, both outside in the manholes and inside our house. Even supplied an adaptor for our phone which was connected to the back of the old router. He went above and beyond his job to be helpful!

They have attached the new wire to our pipe which carries the oil into the house from the oil tank!
The best place they said was in hall on top of the fridge freezer and also the phone is there as well. I thought I could have the phone in the dining room but it’s connected to the hub so it can’t go anywhere. I’m not happy about this. We are in our 70’s and 80’s and not very mobile. Please could someone call me .
