Do not like where they have positioned…
Do not like where they have positioned the box my router goes into its beside my kitchen door and a radiator. And i need to put router and house phone on my dining table. Wires everywhere it is an eyesore. Also plugged into a high traffic double socket in my kitchen that i need for other things. I called BT to see if they could move router but can't because of the kitchen door and they don't have same wire as openreach. They are also not allowed to touch the box to move it. Not at all happy.

EE fibre installation.
Engineer sent me a message before his arrival and was on time. I was slightly apprehensive about the possible need to drill holes but I need not have worried as the installation followed the same route as my old phone line. The cable run and small wall box were exactly where I wanted them and everything was left in a tidy state. The Engineer then made sure I could connect to the Internet. The whole process only took a couple of hours. Great job.

Polite and Friendly Engineer
The engineer was polite and friendly. He explained what he was going to do. He made sure I was content with siting of connection boxes. When a security bolt was required to make safe a ladder he requested permission beforehand. He checked all was working properly.

The engineer was helpful and was successful in finally connecting the service. However the internal "politics" within BT and OpenReach has meant that it has taken 17 weeks and three cancelled contracts to get tge Internet restored
