Tried to change my car on line as advised, system just told me to telephone, Lady was helpful and because I had had problems trying to do the job on line, reduced the fee to 10£ this made the overall cost roughly 35£, with a provisional date of the 28/2. rang two days later to make the change, with a start date of the 25/2. to be told the price the would be roughly 54£ plus 25£ admin charge, after a heated conversation, the guy agreed to check the file, and reduced the overall cost to the 35£ figure. Think you need to sort the system out.
