Appointment was for 11.30

Appointment was for 11.30. Went straight in lady was lovely explained everything well even did an eye contact test for me too. But once in threshop . , found the person who was assigned to me was not very helpful. She didnt
seem to know what she was doing . Finally came out of the shop at 1.45 after manager took over. Was very stressful
