Very friendly everything was explained, would recommend.

Completely happy with my interaction at Specsavers. Staff friendly and professional and understood my problem. Glasses arrived in good time and fitting was quick. All in all a good experience.

My appointment ran to time, everything was explained and I felt fully informed throughout. The various options were made clear with regards to my new frames and lenses.

last week when I went to collect my glasses there was only one pair, not two. The prescription was also wrong.
I made an apt for yesterday to collect my glasses but received a text saying that they would not be ready. I haven’t heard anything since.

As far as ear wax removal goes,I had a very unpleasant experience with the gentleman who performed the procedure,but the optical part,I have no complaints. The people who work there,have always been extremely professional,always pleasant,and take their time making sure I’m happy with my new glasses. Price wise,always competitive.

Professional and caring. Very knowledgeable, reffered me to NHS for the treatment I needed. Always grateful.

I had not made an appointment but went in "on spec"
and was seen within 10 minutes. Member of staff, very helpful.

There was no problem everything explained prices told up front so no surprises

I took my Disabled mother to Specsavers Chipping Norton branch for a hearing test and new hearing aids all seemed to be ok until they called to say that there was a delay due to manufacturing annoying but ok as they informed me, went to collect and have them fitted 23rd July as arranged only to be advised that they arrived in the morning and did not work correctly but unlike a phone call to say of the delay I had to get my mother into the store for the appointment to be told then that they would have to go back no apology have a discount for the inconvenience nothing. Cancelled and even then there was a problem getting the refund.
Do not use this incompetent group they have certainly lost use as clients and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Janet did a great job of selling me the most expensive glasses that were the best option for me. Did not get offered the second pair free option as she made it sound like I would have to pay for the lens upgrade on them. Never quite got that clarified which was my fault not hers.

My experiences have always been pleasant.

The staff at Specsavers Braehead went the extra mile to make sure I got the perfect glasses. The service was first class, and not only did I receive professional eye care but also polite and reassuring customer service. A great experience. And I will return in the near future as I was very impressed with Braehead's friendly collaborative approach to their customers needs and expectations.

Great service from start to finish. I was seen by Marha, who was friendly, professional, and made my contact lens appointment quick and easy. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from all the staff.

From start to finish the guy who I think was a trainee was brilliant and I ended up with specs for the time that didn’t need any adjustments. This was for both pairs if glasses.
