Today i had my first eye test at home…
Today i had my first eye test at home with this company, the optician was very professional and spent the time necessary to check eyes as i am diabetic. Impressed by all the modern technology and clear answers to any questions. Much better service than previous company. Very happy to outcome and no pressure to buy new glasses if not needed.

The next step to a better hearing expoerience
I alraedy have aids from Outside Clinic and have very good support as I adjust myself to what I felt was changing quality of hearing. In fact first it was wax and then we found that I had my existing aids set at high volume and sharpness - which is untenable for day-to-day listening. This is my first test of the new AI-assisted aids. I am going to buy them. The people I have met from Outside Clinic are excellent technically and fluent in customer support
