Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. I found all the staff I encountered to be efficient, helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and attentive from the minute I walked in the store, everything went smoothly, no waiting around for ages and I also when I was out looking to purchase glasses, there was no hard sell like I had in previous appointments at other stores on years gone by, the staff were all very friendly aswell and there was a nice buzz about the place.

The staff were very patience and professional and i want to give a special thanks to the staff, Shaneera, who served me last. She was very professional.

The staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful.
The man who carried out the actual eye tests was also friendly & explained everything.

Marnie was brilliant, the other members of staff were excellent, between doing tests and selecting frames.
I only had to wait one week for my new glasses, again no hassle or waiting around although very busy.

I had broken my glasses frame and needed to replace them.
Id looked online and couldnt find the exact same frame.
At the shop i explained the situation. The frame was beyond repair. I couldnt find a replacement frame i really liked but the shop assistant was very kind and helpful and managed to find my frame in some old stock. I was happy about this and even happier when they said they could pop my old lenses into the new frame and just charge me half the price.
It was done in about 10 mins and i left the shop with my “new” glasses.
Very helpful and very pleased with customer service.

Every time I arrive at Thornbury Specsavers, I find a lovely welcoming atmosphere, the staff are all friendly and happy to help you with your enquiries, questions, or advice to assist you with problems.
They are happy to give you the time that is required to sort any problems, or issues, they listen to whatever you tell them.
As a pensioner I find they treat me with respect and kindness, which I greatly appreciate. I feel happy to recommend their services.

Although the shop was very busy, only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seen to, couldn’t ask for better!
