Our internet finally went live today and we were SO excited… only to switch it on and discover… absolutely NO internet! 😂 Cue instant panic!

Ticket sent in, panic over… and then Ryan W came to the rescue! A couple of super-fast replies later and WE HAVE INTERNET! 🎉😂

Honestly, what a brilliant service. Really impressed with how quickly it was sorted, especially when I was already having a minor meltdown! 😂

I’ve been with Youfibre for a couple of years now & I can honestly say they are the best internet provider I’ve ever had.
The customer service via the chat in the app is fantastic. I asked my recent question out of hours and was pleasantly surprised that I got a response at 21.45 from Ryan W. I told him that there was an offer online for 1000mb for £25pcm, I currently pay £24.99 for 200mb - and the offer within my app was for 1000mb for £33.00 was there anyway I can get it for £25?! Ryan replied promptly and with all the relevant information that I needed including if there was any extra fee’s - which there wasn’t so £25pcm, same DD date and I got the new faster speed almost instantly. Very simple, quick process it was all upgraded by 21.55.

Had YouFibre for 6 months having previously been with virgin media. I rarely leave reviews such as this but I’ve been so impressed with the service provided and the price that am compelled to do so on this occasion.

The speed and reliability has been really impressive. Long may it continue. Better product than I had at virgin (there were occasional outages) at a cheaper price. The installation was easy.

I contacted the Youfibre support as I could not connect to the internet, Lee-Roy from Youfibre support was very helpful and successfully managed to reconnect my internet connection.
