Delivery took longer than expected but items arrived in the end

Still waiting for a response and resolve of this matter, youre completely ignoring my emails and reviews now, how long does it take you to send a refund, you've already said it needs looking at from senior customer support that was supposed to be done weeks ago!!!
Why aren't you doing something about one of your customers having a serious allergic reaction to your product?
Why aren't you pulling out all the stops to resolve this??
Absolutely disgusting treatment, it caused me so much distress and discomfort and trying to get my money back for this length of time is causing me me so much stress

Too long time to arrive, leaves skin greasy, no noticeable difference. Lot of packing but is only half full and therefore does not last long. Fell for the advertisement but will not purchase again waste of money

Didn't have to wait too long

This is my second order of Nothora, it smells great & leaves my skin soft & feeling plumped. The only thing I dont like is the waxy residue that stays on my face & hands but im happy with the results.

Product arrived in timely manner. Have used for a few weeks and can see some improvement but has caused my skin to breakout in spots - I never get spots! I feel it’s very thick and greasy and just sits on your skin, despite ‘patting’ it as directed. Going back to my previous products 🙄

Changed their product in the last 6months, the sticks I have received recently are not the same as the one I originally started using back in April. Contacted customer service and they knew the product had changed in this time but haven’t shared this information with customers. The original product worked, the new knock off version they are now selling is a scam.

** it is an authentic Nothora product bought from their same sight as my first order and their own customer service team have already responded to my enquiry telling me they have changed their product so this reply is all an act! **
