Customer service shocking. Quick enough to take my money but having sent them 4 emails after I placed my order I’m still waiting for a response! Communication is paramount and based on my first experience with this company not impressed at all. Yet to try the product.

Took a long time to come so would need to order in advance if you wanted some more before running out having said that I really like the balm and it makes my skin really glow

Easy ordering process. I have only used the Nothora collagen wand for two days so it's too soon to tell if it improves my skin however it does feel nice and soft on my skin.

Well I only received the items today so can't really comment.

My second order is different from my first one. Original one had a lovely smell to it and this one just smells of Vaseline. Really disappointed as liked it and wanted to continue using it but this is a different formula so not sure I will be as don’t know what the ingredients actually are this time. Delivery was quicker this time though.

Left a review at the beginning of July regarding being charged 3 times for 1 wand. Straight after writing a review I had a reply on trust pilot saying they had issued a refund. 20 days later- still no refund.

No reply from customer service.

Avoid.

Bought and paid for 2 of these weeks ago and never received them , they are not very good at answering emails or messages still waiting for a refund.

I had a problem that Nothora solved and delivered in every way. Very impressed with their communication throughout. Quick delivery too.

Really didn’t think it would make much difference, but wow was I wrong reduced my smokers lines greatly, ordered 2 more straight away

It is a scam to get you to buy 3 instead of 1. When I tried to contact them, noone replied. Haven't noticed any difference in my skin at all. Don't waste your money! I also tried to click on their email to say I was dissatisfied - they gave options like Happy, Ok, Meh, Dissatisfied - I clicked on the worst one and it said something like, Oops this link doesn't work! I thought, I bet the Happy one will. And it did. So I clicked on that and have written this message. Will it make it to an actual review, I wonder. Do not trust this company.

Just let you no only Just received it let you know when I used it

I bought 1 x product and they tried to upsell me 3 other products which I declined. Immediately took the money for those products.
Emailed immediately for a refund and see what happens.

I saw the hype on social media about how good this balm was but I thought ' is it really or is it another farce and someone making money for recommending?? ' Anyway long story short I succumbed and bought whilst on offer. Oh boy I am so glad I did - IT IS AMAZING! I use every morning and each night predominately around and under my eyes and also the saggy bit either side of my lips - honestly, no honestly I love it. The difference is noticed by so many and I am 70 years old! My skin is brighter and I have reordered and recommended to friends who have also reordered. Do it - you will be so glad you did.
