Delivered in timely fashion. Nice product. Packaging needs attention. Much better to include a pump or a small hole in plastic stopper. A cardboard seal could protect product that the customer can remove. A hole in the stopper would allow the product to drip through- much easier than having to remove that stopper each time!

Customer relations are second to none. I have ordered from them twice and had a query with one order before it arrived. They responded immediately and followed up a few days after to check it had arrived.

Amazing oil
Very happy with the purchase. The product is amazing and my skin is already looking different. The oil is super absorbent and does not leave a greasy texture when applied. Would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.

Do not buy the lipstick!!
I purchased the lipstick which was suppose to colour my lips that suits me and be long lasting. I paid £24 for two and they are a load of rubbish so asked to return the unopened one and get a refund. They made it rather hard work asking me to print off a return form fill it in and return it to them and pay the postage. My good god it was going to cost me £15!! So declined. I am now awaiting a reply from them as escalated the complaint.

It did absolutely nothing for my skin.
Used it as directed for 2 months and absolutely NO change whatsoever. Total waste of money. Because I gave it time to see if it would work I missed out on the 30 day money back guarantee.

Scam. Sold me face cream claiming £22 a tube. Found the same on Amazon for £7.
Cream is useless just dries your skin out.

I also bought the color changing PH lipstick. I later found out the 30 day satisfaction guarantee that was in the advertisement in multiple places, does not exist! Do not buy from Skincu because first of all, they do not honor their words and secondly, the customer service sucks! Such a scam! What a shame!

unfortunately my order was delayed and i was issued with an extra delivery charge because the courier said the address was incorrect . i did not change anything but was still charged. it was not my fault. eventually the product arrived this week. on a positive note the customer care service was efficient and responded quickly.

They sent the wrong product and tried…
They sent the wrong product and tried to pass it off as the same cream I ordered. They asked me to take photos of the cream and they would make a judgement. The cream is a standard white and there is no way you could assess. They took a month to say I could return the unopened cream and would refund less 15% handling fee. For the added insult I have to pay postage. Shoddy company. DO NOT ENGAGE
