I Appreciate the response from facelove and I guess after fighting through emails for months the partial refund I received. The matter was in no way a resolution that puts the customer first; as I still had to pay over $40 for something that was insured at checkout and I wanted a full refund for, which I couldn’t receive only half and charged a restocking fee that isn’t in their policy when purchasing . Not to mention that I cannot use because of a reaction I had while trying the same product of my sisters while these back and forth emails took place.
Just to be clear I am not satisfied with the product or the customer service provided.

It has a good consistency, even for mature skin; it spreads evenly and gives a natural glow. The coverage is medium, but that’s not the main focus – I finish off with some powder.

My parcel was not delivered due to the fact that the purolator driver said that there was not a unit #. Even though I have a house and face love has my right address.
I send them a message about it and I still have to hear from them

I was majorly disappointed. The mascara flaked, was not at all tubing mascara, and was hard to remove. Delivery took 2 weeks and the so called money back guarantee is only if you return the item unwrapped. That’s not a guarantee.

I bought the mascara from facelove about a month ago. I find it very good, also to clarify the exebrows. But I have used it once daily for a minute and it is almost finshed.

If I could give this product a minus I certainly would.

I purchased the 2 for one foundation. After applying it for the first time it felt sticky like a wax film on your skin. After a few hours , I washed it off. The next day my face was bright red and itchy. I notified the company and they told me to stop using it. Because I opened it and tried the product they said they could not refund my complete purchase. I never right a review but this product was so bad and their is no refund once you buy and receive your order. You’re allowed to get your money back if you never open it. What kind of company is this if they don’t back the quality of their products. Don’t waste your money.

Very disappointed, the stick foundation didn’t go on nice at all, and even after apply multiple layers the coverage was terrible. Another waste of money.

Great products - grat service - delivery could be a bit faster.

They not only double ordered my product. I was gonna try. They double charged me also then refusing to cancel the order never receiving the order and being charged Danger Danger do not use this product. I’m gonna go to all the websites and let them know Instagram Facebook TikTok do not use this company. I never even received the product on top of it. Still as of August 27, 2026 still have never received product or refund. This company is ridiculous. Be careful their thieves.

I ordered the colour changing foundation with their 30 day money back guarantee.It is awful.Didnt adapt to my skin tone at all and there was no coverage of my redness in fact there was no coverage at all.I reached out to them as to returning it for a full refund as per the guarantee .The reply was no refund as I had opened and tried the product!!!How can you try make up without opening it !! They offered a joke of 20% Cashback or a crappie store credit.Why would I want to buy more rubbish from them .They are making fraudulent statements.Dont waste your money

I had placed an order for face love mascara .. paid in full…and now the product which obliviously has been lost in transit ..no longer any tracking information available ..and the company is refusing to cancel and refund this order..unscuples company…

The money back guarantee is total bullish!t. Please read these reviews before you purchase, i wish I had before spending £50! Mascara is ok but not what I thought it was, really hard to take off too in my opinion, especially when youre specifically trying to better what little lash you have, the lash serum has done nothing either so I feel like I was scammed a bit. Once opened they do not refund you, despite saying and I quote, "if you're not 100% happy with our products we'll refund your money back" lies. I don't know how they're allowed to do that. It's false advertising at its best! Delivery took ages too so got knows where its shipped from, im sure it said UK!

I ordered the mascara for mature lashes. It was like painting tar on my lashes. It took forever to remove the product and by doing so, it removed a few of my mature lashes. Total junk! They wouldn't give me a refund and told me I had to pay to ship it back. What kind of 30-day Guarantee is that? I sent the Facelove splash page to my CC company and they agreed it was a rip off. I got my money back.

Buyer beware:
I ordered the product based on the 100% money back guarantee within 30 days. I was not happy with the product, so I wanted to return it the day after I got it. They refuse to give me back my money, saying that they cannot accept any product that has been opened. Not sure how they expect you to try something for thirty days and if not happy you can't return it when their money back guarantee promises your money back within thirty days. This to me is bait and switch. They bait you into purchasing their product and then refuse to give you your money back if you're unhappy with it.
If you have never tried their makeup, don't think you can return it if you're unhappy with it, My bank is currently trying to get my money back.
Very unhappy with this company,( don't do it)
