I take Nutrition Geeks’ Magnesium 3 in 1 to support a healthy sleep cycle. My Very Severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis causes disrupted and intermittent sleep which is unrefreshing. The service was very fast delivery.I don’t drink hot drinks so have to mix in a small amount of juice ie poring the powder in one hand on the spoon and then stirring with tea sponge in other hand , doesn’t dissolve all the powder and you can see it floating in juice but you really can’t taste the powder .
