It was a gift for a friend. She said the flowers are lovely.
Delivery was prompt & on time.

Whilst the service is great & timely the actual bouquet (Florentina) was very disappointing ☹️. For virtually £42 it’s a very small bouquet & the roses in particular were very sad looking & pretty much dead on arrival. This was a birthday present for my wife so overall a real disappointment.

Very pretty bunch of flowers. My friend was delighted. I always worry when sending flowers which I haven't seen to, a friend in another city, as I know I won't be able to check the quality. Recipients are hesitant to say that the flowers you've sent are poor. But i received a photo from my friend, and could see for myself.

Lovely flowers that have lasted the week

Flowers look like the picture, it was well packaged and everything was as expected, will definitely use again!

The first time round, the flowers were dried out during the heat wave and weren’t packed well, we also noticed a number of stems missing and the flowers weren’t like the photos. Customer care came back to offer a replacement which was unfortunately also not great. The photos being advertised online are probably only 60% of what your flowers will look like. I then gave them another chance for someone’s birthday and again the photos don’t match the bouquet, it’s much smaller, and some of the flower types are missing!

Another very happy recipient, I’ve always used Bunches when sending flowers. They are fresh and long lasting, lots of choice. The friend I sent them to had a nasty car accident and was very pleased to receive them.

The package arrived on time for my Daughter-in-Laws birthday. She was so disappointed she sent me a photo..foliage was sparse and flowers the same. Overall the package was really below the standard you said it would be. Debbie tried to make me feel better “Never mind they will look better in the morning when they have chance to spread out. “. But for a cost of a bit less than £30 the gift was a disappointment all round.
Bunches have been my go to for flowers by post for several years since I became disabled. Sadly I will not be confident using your company in future.

Flowers should have arrived Saturday but didn’t arrive until late Wednesday and they were all dry and wilted
